It’s completely normal to fall asleep! The deep relaxation often lulls participants into a restful state. Even if you drift off, you’ll still receive the benefits of the sound vibrations. And if anyone is snoring loudly, I will gently tap on their shoulder.

Are soundbaths safe for everyone?

Sound baths are considered a safe and gentle tool for relaxation.
However, it is powerful. If you are currently pregnant, have active cancer, recent concussion, or a pacemaker, I don't recommend attending these classes because the intense vibrations produced during a sound bath can be tiring and not suitable for everyone.

Are children permitted in the classes?

No. These soundbaths are for people over the age of 16. Children have very different sensitivities to sounds and frequencies. And also, shorter attention spans. Children get restless after 20-30mins - these soundbaths are 1hr+

When should I arrive?

Classes start as promptly as possible, so we recommend arriving about 5 minutes before your class starts.

What if I’m late?

I have a strict no-latecomers policy. So if you arrive after the studio door has shut and the class has started, I won’t be able to let you join the class because I don’t want to disturb others already settled.

Where exactly is the studio?

Unit 4, Kinsale Commercial Park. Above Rhino Print.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time of your soundbath and you’ll be refunded.
