These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, offerings, and facilities, whether you are booking an in-person session, participating in an event, or accessing our digital content. By using our website or attending any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Nature of Services

Cosmic Camino offers sound healing, meditation, breathwork, energy healing, and related wellness experiences. These services are designed for personal development, stress reduction, and relaxation. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care. If you are under the care of a healthcare provider, please consult them before attending our sessions.

3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Pre-booking is required for all events and sessions.

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable unless due to medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, at our discretion.

  • If we must cancel a session (e.g. due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events), a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Participant Responsibility

By attending any session or event, you confirm that:

  • You are over 18, or attending with parental/guardian consent.

  • You are in suitable physical and mental condition to participate.

  • You accept full responsibility for your own well-being during the session.

  • You will inform the facilitator of any relevant health issues before the session begins.

5. Health and Safety

While every effort is made to ensure a safe and supportive environment, you participate at your own risk. Cosmic Camino and its facilitators are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained during participation, to the extent permitted by Irish law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (including text, images, logos, audio, video, guided meditations, and class recordings) is the intellectual property of Cosmic Camino and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without express written permission.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Your personal data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we store, use, and protect your information, particularly for bookings, newsletters, and communications.

8. Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. They are redeemable against available sessions and products but cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Code of Conduct

We are a heart-led business built on respect, inclusivity, and sacred space. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask any participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to others.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
