A sound therapy, breathwork and energy healing studio in Kinsale, Cork.

The studio is a unique theraputic space where you can immerse yourself in powerful frequencies and vibrations.

A soundbath is deeply relaxing, immersive experience, where you are ‘bathed’ in sound - activating your body's own natural system of self-healing. It’s like a mini-retreat for your mind, body and soul.

Each soundbath, guided meditation or breakwork class is designed to bring balance & deep relaxation to your mind, body, and spirit using the following instruments:

Various drums and other sacred instruments

The studio is warm & cosy. The floor mats are soft and padded and there are the softest cushions and blankets. Hot teas and water are always available, just bring you.

My goal with this studio is to create a space where you can deeply relax, calm your mind and reach your full potential.

My Story

I'm Kit, and I'm delighted to introduce myself as a Sound Therapist, Health Coach and Clinical Hypnotherapist here in Kinsale.

We are in the middle of the greatest shift in human consciousness this planet has ever seen. And I care very deeply about helping people make the shift.

We all have a wellspring of strength, wisdom, and healing inside us. 

My job is to help people connect with it.

And I believe frequency, breathwork and hypnotherapy to be the most powerful tools

to do this.

My journey into all this began with a personal experience of

transformation. I'm a TV Producer/Director (25yrs. BBC Alum.) 

In 2010, I had two catastrophic ischemic strokes. In my search for healing, I discovered the power of frequency, breathwork and hypnotherapy. I’m healing myself with these modalities and I want to help others do the same.
